FREE U.S. DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING ON RETAIL WEB ORDERS $50.00 AND OVER..
*Orders placed on Mon-Thurs. after 2:30pm (EST) will be processed on the following morning.
*Orders placed on Friday after 2:30pm (EST) will be processed on the following Monday.
*Orders shipped by expedited delivery are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday unless you have chosen the UPS - Next Day Air Saturday A.M. Delivery option.
*All expedited shipments incur charges in excess of $5.15 regardless of the order total. If the added cost does not appear at check-out, the correct shipping/handling cost will be given to the customer through an e-mail or phone call.
*Orders placed Friday before 2:30 PM that are to ship by FEDEX overnight delivery will not arrive until Monday. FEDEX does not ship on weekend days.
*Standard Ground Shipping is never guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE:
- Applies only to domestic, ground shipping.
- Applies only to orders placed through ILA web site.
- Does not override product-specific shipping charges due to weight or odd size (such as lamps, microwaves & CCTVs).

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only ship Ground or 2 Day.

Saturday delivery is available for a fee.
Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground.
Returns and Warranty Information
If a product does not satisfy your needs, you may return it within 90 days. Software is not returnable. Before returning any item, please call (888) 816-8191 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Refunds and credits are issued for the amount of the merchandise, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To receive a full merchandise refund, items must be in as-new, resalable condition and in their original box with all instructions and warranties. A restocking fee may be deducted.
If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. The product and packing material must be retained until the matter is resolved.
Unless otherwise indicated, we warranty products for 90 days. After this period, the manufacturer's warranty applies, and you must contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement of an item. Whenever possible, we will assist in contacting the manufacturer. Please note that warranties cover defects in workmanship and material only, not breakage or damage resulting from other causes such as customer abuse.
